1kW Power Inverter

Protoyped in 2020 as a lunch time (COVID) project, The Mini Portable Power Station is a proof-of-concept 54V DC to 120V AC power inverter. It's transformer-less design enables ~1kW output power in a very compact package which is compatible with DEWALT's FlexVolt battery architecture. Inspired by Google's Little Box Challenge, this high-power output spec allows running appliances such as coffee makers, microwaves, and toasters.
